To reserve your custom journey, we require a 30% deposit per person.

At the time of booking: 30% deposit
60 days before departure: Remaining balance due
Domestic flights within the region ($345 per person) will be confirmed and charged separately once the itinerary is finalized. *Prices are subject to change at time of reservation.
If booking within 60 days of departure, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans can change. Because these journeys are arranged with small, independent partners who plan well in advance, the following cancellation terms apply:
More than 60 days before departure: Deposit retained
60 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip cost

Because these journeys are designed with private partners and limited availability, confirmation will be provided once accommodations and experiences are secured.
We recommend waiting for confirmation before booking flights or ensuring airfare is refundable.
Arrival & Departure

We recommend arriving in Luang Prabang with enough time to settle in before our first dinner together.
Departure Airport:
Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) / Techo International Airport (KTI)
We recommend booking departure flights after [Time] to allow for the approximately 2.5-hour transfer to the airport and a relaxed final morning.

Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
