Day-by-Day Overview
Arrive in Marrakech and transfer privately to La Maison Arabe in the heart of the medina. A morning arrival is required in order to join the afternoon program.
Later, head out for your first look at the city: the courtyards of Bahia Palace, the collections of Dar el Bacha, the historic Mellah and Lazama Synagogue, the 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque and Djemaa el-Fna, where storytellers, musicians and food stalls take over the square as the day fades.
That evening, gather for a welcome dinner at La Maison Arabe and ease into Marrakech the best way possible – over Moroccan food, good conversation and the glow of the city after dark.

Originally opened in 1946 as the medina’s first restaurant welcoming foreign guests, it later became one of the city’s pioneering boutique riad-hotels. Inside, candlelit courtyards, carved archways, tiled rooms and hidden corners create the feeling of a private Moroccan home, while the atmosphere remains relaxed and deeply personal. Moroccan and European design sit comfortably side by side, with a sense of old-world glamour that feels completely at home here. Spend the morning in the souks, return for a hammam or a drink at the piano bar, and linger over dinner at a hotel whose culinary history is part of its identity.

To reserve your place on this journey, a 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in USD. Va Beau reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant currency fluctuations or unforeseen changes in operating costs.
Cancellation Terms
- 60 days or more before departure: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance
Va Beau strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. Your policy should cover medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury, accidental death, loss of baggage and money, and trip cancellation. We recommend purchasing your policy at the time of booking so trip cancellation coverage begins immediately.
While every effort is made to operate the journey as presented, itinerary changes may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including flight disruptions, political events, weather, or natural disasters.

Confirmation will be provided once this threshold is reached, we recommend waiting for this before booking airfare or transportation. If you choose to book flights in advance, please select refundable fares or secure travel insurance to protect against any changes to final dates or unforeseen cancellations. Photos and video taken during the journey may be used by Va Beau for promotional and educational purposes.
