About This Experience
Peru has a way of shifting your perspective. Your journey begins in Lima, where ocean breezes move through historic streets and the energy of the Pacific coast meets a vibrant modern culture. From there, the landscape rises dramatically as you travel into the Andes and descend into the legendary Sacred Valley. Incan ruins rise above working farmland, mountain villages hold onto traditions that still shape daily life, and craft is everywhere.  You’ll visit the studio of a local silver artisan, stay in a serene retreat surrounded by the fields and mountains of the Sacred Valley, and move through Moray, Maras and Chinchero before taking the train to Aguas Calientes. Along the way, meet makers and textile artisans whose work is rooted in techniques passed down through generations. Then on to the grandeur of Machu Picchu — reached by train through the cloud forest and explored with a private guide who brings the temples, terraces and impossible stonework to life. Afterward, continue to Cusco for San Pedro Market, the creative neighborhood of San Blas and Casa Sulca, where fine alpaca and traditional weaving come together. Return to Lima for one last afternoon in Barranco, the city’s bohemian seaside neighborhood, with art, design, a little wandering and a final special dinner before your flight home.

Before becoming a Los Angeles–based coach, writer and speaker, Sara spent more than fifteen years behind the scenes in entertainment, working in production and development at HBO during Sex and the City, at Sarah Jessica Parker’s Pretty Matches, and later as Director of Operations for Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx. Moving through these high-stakes creative worlds gave her a close-up view of ambition, reinvention and the complicated distance between achieving what we think we want and creating a life that actually feels like our own.
Certified through Coach Training EDU and Quinn Essentials, Sara now works with creative professionals, executives and groups navigating moments of change, helping them get curious about what is holding them back, what they want next and what becomes possible when they begin looking at their lives differently.
Her approach is candid, curious and deeply human. She believes some of the most consequential shifts begin not with having the right answer, but with asking a better question.
In Peru, Sara will bring that work out of the room and onto the trail, hosting an intimate group of women as they journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Between ancient sites, mountain trails and unhurried moments together, she’ll create space for the kinds of conversations that rarely happen in the midst of everyday life—about where we are, where we want to go and what we might discover when we give ourselves enough distance to see things differently.

To reserve your place on this journey, we require a non-refundable 30% deposit per person. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. For journeys booked within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on currency fluctuations or unforeseen operational costs.
Travel Insurance
Va Beau strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. Your policy should cover medical and repatriation expenses, personal injury, accidental death, loss of baggage and money, and trip cancellation. We recommend purchasing your policy at the time of booking so trip cancellation coverage begins immediately.
While every effort is made to operate the journey as presented, itinerary changes may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including flight disruptions, political events, weather, or natural disasters.
Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans change. Our refund schedule is as follows:
- 60 days or more before departure: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.
Any amount paid above the applicable non-refundable amount will be refunded.
